Tenancy
Each customer runs in a dedicated tenant. Your product context is built and stored inside your tenant.
Model use
Your tickets, documentation, and test cases are never used to train models.
Model inference
Model inference runs on AWS Bedrock, inside the same AWS environment.
Certification status
Built to SOC 2 controls, not SOC 2 certified.
Data retention and deletion
Customer data is retained for the subscription term. After termination CodeVet deletes it on request, on the timeline set out in the Subscription Agreement. Residual copies in backups expire under the periods described in the Security Measures.
